It seems like the "Latest News Ed FitzGerald - Lakewood's Newest Mayor" has been on the start page an awful long time.

No offense to Mr. Fitzgerald, but has anything new or newsworthy happened lately...

I like the daily question though. Think some are still coming up with questions for the mayoral candidates?

Shawn,

How do you know that question's not for the upcoming mayoral election in Nov 2011? Lol...

Please excuse our dust.

As we make some radical changes to the entire project, we are working things through.

I didn't know how the front page was updated and so on. I know now.

Didn't mean or want to start anything.

dl or some body, feel free to delete this post. It's not worth the bandwidth...

Joe-

I don't always keep an eye on the front page, so it's fine to let me or other people know that some clicking needs to happen...

Many people run the project whether they are "clickers" or not. Without broad participation, stuff falls by the wayside.

Thanks for the heads up!

dl,

If I may also respectfully request that the individual story pages are updated, I've had several family and friends from other states send me e-mails suggesting that they would rather go there than download the entire pdf version of the paper.

thanks

dl,

not to pile on, but it would be helpful to also list the dates of publication along with the Volume/Number on the issue PDF page...

No problem, I am always glad to suggestions and problems. This is why we have suggestion boxes around the site.

I think when people see and hear what we have been doing during the break they will be very happy.

All good things take time.
