At about 2:00 PM there was a domestic violence call originating in an apartment building on Atkins. The accused apparently also had a number of warrants out on him. He therefore was reluctant to give himself up.
Consequently, WestShore SWAT was called out as a precaution.
At about 3:30 the individual surrendered to a Lakewood Police Officer and a Westshore SWAT negotiator.

Jim only drives the authentic. It is a reflection of himself...genuine, unpretensive. He does drive a mini....but it is a REAL mini, not the version now co-opted by BMW. It is maroon, with LO logos all over it. The harlequin roof is the dead give away....Does Jim drive a maroon mini Cooper
