Absolutely, I agree with this. They're have been a great help when I needed them...very polite and friendly. That alone is reason to not go back to the horrors of RITA :)

The only thing I miss about RITA was the ability to pay my quarterly taxes online.

Two months ago I called the Building Dept. about a tenant in my building that was using their balcon as a storage locker and would not clean it up. It bugged the heck out of me. A lot of us have plants and really put work into having nice balconies and had to look at this mess. They were very nice, came out the next week and cited him and the mess was cleaned up in a week. They even called to make sure everything was fine.

Six months ago I called the police about a situation here that I felt was explosive. The young man who came out was very polite, took care of the problem and was very courteous.

If they are an example of Lakewood employees, then YAY Lakewood.
