To Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Bullock -

Gentlemen: I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate each of you for getting involved and working hard. Although we can disagree, I know this campaigning is hard work, and you have both run a clean, issues-oriented campaign. Best of luck, whatever the results tomorrow.
