I cannot thank everyone involved enough.
To my friends and now family Ruthie and Jerry Koenigsmark, you make putting the show together so much fun. My love and thanks to you and Jerry and Charley. Your family has become such a nice part of my life. You my friends do an incredible job.
To the City of Lakewood. Melissa Garrett, Tony Beno, crew, Lakewood Police, Mayor Tom George, and street crew. Thanks for everything. Again, you make it so much fun and so easy to work together. Of course we will need more blocks next year, as we ran out of room yet again.
LO Crew, thanks you each and everyone. David, Heidi, Dan, Mike, Stan, Steve, Brian, St. Andrew, Ivor, Sharon and everyone. You too have become family and make creating this party so much fun, and so worthwhile.
To Cox Communications, thanks for everything. You are a great partner in the Lakewood Observer Project, and this show.
bela dubby owners and friends Jill and John Crino, you are the best.
MAMA, Justine Cooper (Lakewood Observer, Scents and Accents), Kathy Curran (Goddess Blessed) Carabel Beauty, and members of DADA (Pride Of Cleveland, Lion n Blue, and LaPita) who came up to Madison. It was a grand party, and so nice to have you all there.
To all the owners of the 250 or so cars, hot rods, customs, classics. Thanks for being part of the largest party to date. I hope you all come back next year with 5 friends.
Jim at Madison Beverage, you are a team player. Thanks again for giving us one of your busiest days without complaints.
To Uncle Scratch who made it to the show despite having commitments to be elsewhere. Thanks, I know you had fun. I know we did.
To the Hoffert family that stopped their vacation to come home, and be part of the effort. I owe you a ton, but dinner next week will have to do.
To my beautiful wife, friend and lover. Thanks would never be enough.
To my city, Lakewood, its residents and businesses, we totally showed the national media again how we party, work together, and have serious fun in the best city around. I wish I could record what the national media tells us each year. They simply cannot believe a city allows a bunch of car nuts to shut down a major street and party from morning to dusk.
I owe all of you everything, for that I am forever grateful, and proud.
Thank you all.
Coming Up - MAMA/Lakewood Is Art Art Walk, Car/Scooter Rally, October 7 Scooter Swap Meet at Pride of Cleveland Scooters, and MAMA's very special Christmas surprise, "Miracle on Madison Avenue."
peace - goodnight

GREAT PARTY!
Oh those cars bring back too many memories.
Loved the vendors and St. Andrew.
Had fun cruising (slowly) down the street, talking to friends old and new.
Discovering some new to me Lakewood treasures, like the Lavendar Soap I bought at Woodstock (this dude rocks).
Great time, great people and great music.
Oh and thank you to Justine for challenging me to get my butt out of the house before winter starts!
Thank you.

A lot of people were talking about Woodstock's Shop. I'll have to stop in and pick up some soap!
Maybe the LO Secret Shopper will make a visit....?
