There seems to be an awful lot of large apartment and commercial buildings for sale. Is this normal market activity?
Rick

I might start another thread with this if OK.

Many of these properties are not in Lakewood. some like Vedda Litho have been for sale for some time as h owners are out of their minds over the value of the properties.

Some are properties being dumped by "real estate tycoons" that have over bought.

FWIW

How would he get a liquor permit next to the church on Summit?

Isn't Gilbert Publishing right next door to Forbici's? I would think that a parking lot there would be welcomed by at least one business.
Hopefully, something can be done to relocate all that equipment from the print shop that is officed there. Madison Printing has always done a nice job and they do offer some unique options that are hard to find these days.
