If all it takes is a laugh, then no one would be wearing pants with half their crack showing. The over 25 yr. olds and especially the girls on our street laugh at those guys all the time, when the situation arises.

Actually, I'm a live and let live sort of person. I really don't care who wears what, On the other hand I'm curious why a guy feels the strong need to expose not just their underwear, but to expose their butt-crack.

As far as Mansfield fining them, we don't live in Mansfield, so this is all a matter of fashion and taste debate anyway.

money

it is a money making opportunity.

The corner convenience store sells Do Rags, Horny Goat Weed, and various brands of "40s" and blunts.

Now they can sell cheap tweed belts and suspenders.

I heard that the genesis of the sagging look were incarcerated prisoners who were sending a message of being available for a sexual encounter...I believe it was a column by Phillip Morris...

Don't know if that's true, but if that's the signal that it's sending, a bunch of dudes that think they're pretty cool are sending mixed messages.

If you really want to talk about common decency - maybe propose something be done about guys going around without their shirts on - sorry boys, but some of your cohorts look really, really bad without their shirts.
IE beer guts, man b**bs, massive landscaping challenges etc.

Sharon,

Agreed. Also count in the women that wear tube-tops with hip huggers that are way over the poundage rate too.
