Play It Again Sam - closing/moving?

I walked by Play It Again Sam this morning on the way to Bi-Rite and noticed people were moving equipment out of the store, and the walls were bare.

Are they closing, or just moving to another location?

They are moving down near St. Clement's on Madison at Lincoln.
Does anyone know what prompted this move?
