Who can help identify a weed?

I have a weed growing in my garden. I hope that it is just Giant Ragweed, but I am worried that it could also be the dangerous Hogweed - in which case, does the city remove it? Or, maybe I'm completely wrong and it's something else. It's already over 6 feet tall.

Is there someone in the city I can call to ID it? Or is anyone familiar with these weeds? Thanks.

Looks like you would be the first in Ohio but it is around us. So what does it look like and how did it grow to 6 feet tall?
