Clifton and Webb

Hi.

Does anybody know what they are doing on Clifton by Webb? Hope they aren't getting ready to take that big tree down.

They are taking down a tree. I have pictures I will post tomorrow on my website.

Joe-- I believe that stretch of Clifton is going to be dug up for the new water main. This is one of the projects that has been enabled because of the water rate increases. Without those increases the state was going to resurface Clifton whether or not we put a new water main in.
After that new main is put in service homes north of it will finally have adequate pressure for fire hydrants.
It is a long overdue project.
(I saw some of the heavy equipment being brought in around noon with a highway patrol escort because it was oversize)
