State Financial Assistance

Does anyone know what the requirements are for receiving state financial assistance? The ODJFS website is extremely vague.

assistance for what? child support? veterans benefits? unemployment? If you can be a little more specific hopefully someone else on here knows. Good luck!

Oh, sorry, I guess I was a bit vague, haha...

I'm looking for assistance with rent, utilities, etc. I am working, but it's just a part-time job, and it doesn't exactly pay the bills.
