heh heh heh

Doug or someone was criticizing how there are programs to assist the poor and single parents to purchase homes in Lakewood. The general belief of it is that these types of households are full of people with louder, trashier kids who end up dragging all the property values down.(and conversely driving property values in Avon and Westlake up..).

Studies and anecdotal evidence show a strong correlation between television and ADHD or other aggravating behavior. Kids who don't watch tv until they are at least 8 or 10 are less likely to turn out that way.

If home purchasing programs are going to exist, they should have some cultural or ethical guidelines, in addition to basic financial ones.

So this program should require disconnection of the ATT Lightspeed service?

I don't know. Presumably people who need extra assistance to buy homes cannot afford computers or cable subscriptions. that tends to add up to at least an entire monthly housepayment a year.

Ryan, I can't figure out if your positions here are for real (in which case they're unspeakably ignorant on several points) or just trolling, so I'm going to ignore them from now on.
