What's on your play list
I just read an article about celebrity play list, but I'm curious - what is on yours? What your top 10 songs that you like to play?
I'm thinking about mine.

The Joni Mitchell Blue album is very good - it's on my iPod.Rhonda loje wrote: 2. Joni Mitchell: Big Yellow Taxi
10?! Just 10? I can't do just 10. I listen to my iPod pretty much non stop at work. I listen to everything from Bob Dylan to Woody Guthrie to Led Zeppelin to Pink Floyd to Bloc Part to Green Day, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Franz Ferdinand, James Taylor, John Denver, John Mellencamp, The Killers, The Ramones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Todd Rundgren, U2.... Get the idea? It goes on from there. I listen to all sorts of music.
Anybody ever hear of Teitur Lassen? Very good.
I would say the lists posted so far are all pretty good. A good mix. Everybody here seems to have a pretty good taste of music.
All that said, I would say I pick a Bob Dylan top 10 play list most frequently. Dylan's songs I seem to listen to the most are:
1- Tangled Up In Blue
2- One More Cup Of Coffee
3- Mozambique
4- Maggie's Farm
5- It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)
6- Isis
6- Guess I'm Doing Fine
6- Corrina, Corrina
7- Boots Of Spanish Leather
7- Blood in my eyes
7- Talking World War III Blues
7- Talkin' Bear Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues
7- Subterranean Homesick Blues
7- Stuck Inside of Mobile With the Memphis Blues Again
5- Only A Pawn In Their Game
5- Man On The Street
8- Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat
8- Hard Times In New York Town
8- Don't Think Twice, It's All Right
9- Boots Of Spanish Leather
10-A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall
That's 10 isn't it?
Sometimes I listen to all officially released stuff, sometimes live, sometimes bootlegs. Early Dylan. Late Dylan. It's all good.

Can't do songs, because I load up my iPod with artists I like, or genres I like ... so I'll go with my top ten favorite artists on my 'pod:
(in no particular order)
Dean Martin
Benny Goodman
Django Reinhart
Harmonia (Cleveland's own!)
The Glinka Choir of Leningrad
The Chieftains
Sam Cooke
Will Kimbrough
Madelaine Peyroux
Van Halen
Makes for interesting listening when I'm on the ellipticals at the Y, though lately I've been listening to steel drum music from Trinidad-Tobago, which REALLY has the right beat for working out!
