Democrats Tap Ken's Wonderful World Of Color.

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

I would like to thank Tom Bullock, and the Lakewood Democrats for another nice program at Bela Dubby.

Tonight was Ken Warren explaining Spiral Dynamics so that everyone could grasp it. One of those power tools everyone should master. Ken's presentations are legendary on this subject.

Thanks again.

Thank you to Ken Warren for presenting and to every one of the 15+ Lakewood residents participating.

We had a chance to go "beneath the surface" on how people in our city think about issues and the choices we face. Everyone got a lot from the discussion, and people stayed past the end of the two-and-a-half hour presentation to keep sharing ideas. I heard some "best ever" comments, and from the energized feeling in the room, I know light bulbs were going on.

This is entirely the point. To paraphrase "What the Bleep Do We Know", all of us are great thinkers--now that we're thinking. Let's channel this energy and intelligence into reforming the city and making it THE model for urban renewal in all of Ohio (not just the Northeast...)
