I am not in any way implying that you or anyone else has purposely squashed my literary genius at the LO. I am not sure what the LO readers would be interested in reading about, I was just asking. Apparently, I need to figure that out on my own. No problem.

Mr. Ken Warren,

You are an incredibly intelligent and articulate guy; currently you are taking yourself and this "experiment" entirely to seriously. I think you should take a step back and look at your reaction posts, they are becoming increasingly more arrogant and not effective in communicating your view point.

Back on topic of this thread. Don't cover politics, it's too darn political.

Colleen

Just to bring you and the rest up-to-date.

I had conversation with Julie Mosher yesterday. I first met her at Ryan Patrick Demro's Party. A no excuse Republican writer with national credentials. We have gone over the production schedule, and she has agreed to write for the Observer.

I think we both would agree this will make up for any inequality you think is in the paper. Actually this would give the right two columnists, to offset on from the left Gordon Brumm.

To be honest, none of us saw Gordon as from the left. We all see him as the Logic Master of Lakewood as his background, degrees, and columns deal more with critical thinking than left or right.

I would like to thank Jennifer Scott who made the introduction first, telling me "You have to get Julie to write." It was that night she was invited to the Observer, and Councilman Ryan Patrick Demro, who felt my pain in this thread, and called her to reconnect the circuit with Julie.

One of her first questions was, "What should I write?" of course I said anything you wish.

I will be trying to get Bret, Gordon, and Julie together for a lunch or dinner, to see if anything comes out of it.

For the record, Gordon likes Bret's column and thought the last one should be the model of all articles for the Observer. Bret and Gordon have been trying to get together.

Let's see what happens.
