I just noticed a sign for Dave's Cosmic Subs on Detroit next to where the Souper Market is going in. Does anyone know any details?

Someone told me they were going in 2 or 3 years ago then nothing happened. Maybe they are coming for real this time? Dave is really cool too bad he can't simultaneously be at every location.
