I was going to use the word "ethnic" instead of Immigrant. Any single word noun would have done. Perhaps large extended families...where there is nearly always someone home. The meanings of words keep changing, and it is hard to keep up. Urban used to mean something much different than today.

most immigrant families nowadays don't have much more than their siblings and parents. Then again, that's all they need to be happy.
