Rockport, Rosewood, and Sloane Cliffs

I saw a second sign saying SOLD in huge letters on another one of the townhomes. The rest of you better act quickly or they're going to sell out!

Rosewood has made a lot of construction progress lately. Their website states they have sold two already.

Has the Foran Group been doing anything along Sloane yet? I haven't been down that street lately. Originally it was to be completed in 2007, but then again Rosewood started a year or so late.

Doug--- The Foran Group is proceeding. Some initial work was scheduled for this week but weather temporarily changed the schedule.

My buddy is moving into a unit in Rockport this weekend. He's a young man, in his 20's, that moved up from Akron about a year ago. He told me that 5 unfinished units "in the back" were also sold. Can't wait to look at it up close. I'll post some thoughts after I get a good look at it.

The Cliffs are moving ahead, and interest is high. My company A. Graphic Solution, Inc. have been working on their sales office, and it has been busy.

Rosewood also opened their sales office which was another AGS project, and brokers seem to be very impressed at what is being offered and the price points have been seen as perfect for quick sales.

Rockport has started Phase II so that project is also moving along.
