There is a charitable group that raises money to pay women - with excess children and a deficit of child-raising ability - to have their tubes tied. And it is in America. Vasectimies would also be a good idea, but mathematically it just means guys who didn't have the vasectimies would get more women pregnant.

Actual Spaying or Neutering would be inhumane, because those organs regulate many other aspects of health in humans.

In the mythological good old days it was easier for parents to hit their kids. It was also easier to hit other peoples kids in public places. Maybe those days weren't so good....

A blind lawyer in China has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for telling the International media and groups from outside his state about forced sterlizations in his state. If I were an investment banker I would still pay to move American manufacturing machines to that state in China and build a factory there.

Two weeks ago me and a friend went on a bike ride around western cuyahoga county. We rode by the Edgewater Deli around Noon. within 8 hours it was robbed. A clerk was shot to death. The robbers sped away in a car with temporary tags. I am told they are from the east side. the next week was a headline about warring on crime. The problem is that many people are nuisances even when they are not technically committing crime. The rotting urban cores across America are going to have to wage a War on Jibberjabbering Foolery.
