Civic Roller Coaster

Post by ryan costa »

Many Years ago I noticed a Roller Coaster at Myrtle Beach. It didn't seem associated with a particular Amusement Park.

Is it possible to build a Civic Roller Coaster along one of the streets? Riders would pay 2 bucks a ride or so. This would go great with so many bars and used record stores within walking distance.

And then....A Ferris Wheel and Merry-Go-Round.

With next year's hanging flower basket money, maybe they could put in a long moving sidewalk like they put in at Pittsburgh airport? Covered, too, and heated for the winter

What about an entire underground like the PATH in Toronto or like the underground in Montreal? Every day we hear Lakewood has no extra space, etc.

roller coasters

Roller Coasters are mostly in the Air. So I suppose it could be built Above a Street, leaving plenty of room for cars to drive under it.

Or it could supported by a series of Pylons driven into Lake Erie Floor. That way if people fall off they will land safely in the water. Safe enough to not leave blood stains on the surface.

Why can't the roller coasters be underground? Think outside the box.

Maybe you could charge the city $30,000 as a consultant to perform a feasability study?

ok. I will. In exchange for 30,000 dollars I will interview a representative sample of the population and produce a PowerPoint Presentation.
