Holiday Carolers, Musicians, Costumes Needed!

Light Up Lakewood is a celebration of holiday events, shopping and dining taking place throughout the City the first weekend of December. The planning committee is looking for musicians and volunteers to sing holiday songs or dress in fun costumes to lend a more festive atmosphere to the weekend. Any and all church groups, school groups, boy/girl scouts, Kiwanis, Rotary etc are encouraged. You do not need to be part of a formal group or particularly talented, if your family or group of friends likes to sing carols or play instruments, you are welcome! The committee will work with you to assign a day, time and location (NOTE: most locations will be outside, consideration will be given to musical groups who need to play inside).
