Tuesday morning, I had a hernia repaired. I have to give a round of applause to Dr. Marvin Shie III, who did the surgery, and the staff from the mbulatory surgery dept. The people that work there are the greatest. I was treated great. I was apprehensive and they all went out of their way, at least it seemed to me, to make me feel as much at ease as they could.
I know that the staff usually gets overlooked, when it comes to "a pat on the back". While I was there, I plugged the LO, and mentioned I would make a point to post how well they took care of this guy from the LHS class of '68.
Thanks to all of you again.
BTW. if anyone needs a fine general surgeon, look up Dr. Marvin Shie III.
He is a gifted Dr.

His Dad was an even better OB/GYN. He delivered me!
Another note Mark, is that months ago you complained about chairs in the waiting room. The hospital took note and went out and removed the troublesome chairs and purchased new ones.
