Storefront Renovations

Post by dl meckes »

I saw some before and after pictures of different storefront renovations. Bela Dubby was among them.

I literally gasped when I saw the before image. I had already forgotten just how awful that storefront looked.

The windows were boarded up and the siding was painted white with green trim.

Bela Dubby is among many businesses who have worked with the city in the Storefront Renovation program. I hope to get permission to post these images because they are breathtaking.

I had forgotten just how the city used to look as building after building gets a facelift. It's amazing.

Rozi's is about to undergo a major change and I can't wait to see it "after."

Thank you to all the building owners, to all the business and to the city for the good things that have happened to Lakewood through this program.
