There will be a motorcycle rally Saturday, May 27 at 9:00 AM. Rally Director Nancy Ingrassia said the "Lakewood Rides For A Reason" rally will support the Lakewood Safety Forces Memorial Fund.
Proceeds will be used to restore a 1957 Harley Davidson 3 wheeler that was used in parking and traffic enforcement and the Firefighters' Memorial.
Start is at the North Parking lot at Lakewood High School. Riders will tour down Lake Road to Vermillion and come back to LHS for lunch.
Tickets are $20 per rider or $30 per couple and include lunch and T-Shirts.

MC Rally
This is the first event of this type originating in Lakewood. Hopefully, this will be the first of many annual rides to come. Having participated in many, many rallys and rides for a variety of causes across the region I am happy to see one being organized in my home city. Many thanks to Nancy for all of her hard work organizing this rally. I hope to see many police officer and fire fighter friends and my other riding friends at the rally.
