At the end of the Council Meeting Last Night, Mayor George announced that the Lakewood Hospital had allocated 1 million dollars to build a new building down in the Rockport area.
Pretty cool. We are in the middle of a boom here in Lakewood!!

I believe that is the building going up where Doc Hebens was.
Whe i think of how we were told no developer would eve come to Lakewood again, and now driver around I am gald they were wrong yet again!
I do believe we have a couple other big things about to break.
Also Ferry Cap and Screw moving into Lake Erie Screw is huge. I hear the workforce will be at least as large as Lake Erie, and that they need other businesses nearby that performs services they depend on.
