so we have the PD, the same paper that hung him out to dry in the past, and someone that has to hide behind a faux name in print!

And you want to talk about my professionalism!

Laughable!

Jim,

Point is the PD backed him for years and now even they realize how ineffectual he is. As far as the Scene goes, they call it like they see it.

Again let's be realistic on what could be accomplished by him in the past 6 years?

While it is easy to fluff off what Ken underlined and what my position is on what he has done while being stonewalled in Washington is very impressive. Even more to the point what else has been offered that has ANY hope of doing any better?

While I have underlined some of the things Congressman Kucinich has done, you seem unwilling to accept that. Even when some had a direct impact not only on the tenth district, but Lakewood.

As for the PD, never let them pick a candidate for me before...

Isn't it fortunate we live in this great nation that has free and open elections?

On Election Day, people will flock to the polls and vote for the candidate of their choice.

The candidate with the most votes, the one who the people choose, will win the election.

The people will speak and the best man will win.

It's the American Way.

BTW, the voters spoke in 2004 and here were the results:

Congressional District 10

Barbara Anne Ferris 18,343 6.39%
Dennis Kucinich 172,406 60.03%
Edward Herman 96,463 33.59%

The numbers speak for themselves.

as long as we are letting numbers speak for themselves...

2004 totals...
bush 62,040,606
kerry 59,028,109

On Election Day, people will flock to the polls and vote for the candidate of their choice.

The candidate with the most votes, the one who the people choose, will win the election.

grace, i know that you lean left but i didn't take you for one of those "kerry really won" kooks. please say it isn't so

Kate:

I can't be certain, but perhaps Grace was referring to the 2000 Election:

50,456,002 (47.87%) Bush
50,999,895 (48.38%) Gore

The people will speak and the best man will win.

That is unless, of course, you have an electoral college.

an electoral college, your own swing state (FLA) and your own Supreme Court to finalize the outcome in your own state

Stan,

Don't be bitter because the Dems failed to steal two elections from the American people. Get over it.

BOTTOM LINE: COWARDLY KUCH DOES NOTHING FOR OUR DISTRICT AND PEOPLE ARE FINALLY STARTING TO GET THEIR HEADS OUT THE SAND.

i'll take "get over it" for $500, alex.

haha, yeah, it's the electoral college's fault. btw, how was it bush's supreme court? just wondering because at that time he didn't appoint any judges. and whose own state? what because jebby was in charge? spare me the theatrics, because the fla supreme court sided with gore. doesn't look like a bush state to me. recount after recount proved bush won fla.

sour grapes go well with hanging chads :D
