I received an email from council member Kevin Butler. I looked it up again today after noticing a lot of litter in the street as I turned south on St. Charles from Detroit.

Please see an announcement below regarding this year's citywide Spring
Spruce Up on Saturday, April 8 -- a timely event once the snow thaws and the winter litter becomes more evident.
One place to help out is along Detroit Avenue. As participants in the Main
Street Program's related Clean Up Crawl, folks will meet at the library at
9:30 a.m. and fan out from there. That's where you might just find yours
truly."
