I-90 and Warren

Someone needs to do something about the I-90 and Warren exit area.
It seems, that nearly every other night, sirens are going to and from that overpass. Everyone that is within eyeshot or earshot of that area has, and for a long time been wondering who controls it, who's jurisdiction is it, and why is it so dangerous.

Just a thought, but a serious one.

That is a very dangerous intersection. A few years ago I witnessed an accident, I called Lakewood PD and they asked which lane the accident happened in. I thought that was an odd question. They told me that if it happened in the northern two lane of Lakewood Heights it was in Lakewood but if it happened in the third lane, closest to the highway it was Cleveland. I always assumed that the south side was Cleveland and the north side was Lakewood but that is not the case, the majority of it belongs to Cleveland. As for why so many accidents I really couldn't say.
