thanks to Mrs.Hankins and the LP directors, and most of all to Heidi Hilty i got a hold of a photo pass for an amazing show that the kids of the Lakewood Project put on.
Although there was bit of a snag before the show, I was able to get in about 40 minutes before everyone else to watch the Light Check and to get familiar with the venue itself..
WOW what an amazing show it was, although i try my hardest to capture the mood at every event through my pictures, i was blown away by the flawless performance and the Lakewood Project got a sold out crowd's standing ovation at the end of the show! well deserved.
anyways, here is the link for the photos

Great images!
You are reminding me of seeing the Lakewood Project playing the main stage at Ingenuity Fest (practically at the House of Blues' front door) and how they brought the street to a complete stop.
We're lucky to have a contributer like you on the Observer!

Next show is April 7th at 7:30 PM - Lakewood Civic Auditorium. Tickets go on sale Feb. 15th and I'll post the particulars then.
Hope we can get much of the community there to watch this phenomenal group of unbelievably talented (musicians & technicians) high schoolers.
Ivor,
Glad I was there to be able to help.
