One of Lakewood's biggest supporters and best known writers, Michael Gill, has used the Eagle story and photo in this weeks Free Times. Mike followed the Calanni story online and used it for some fill in the paper this week.

Most Lakewoodites grab the FreeTimes because unlike other publications that have no local writers, Michael is part of the fabric of this community, and is a damn good writer.

We hope someday that we can get Michael to write for the Observer but for now we are all better served having him write for the regional fish wrap.

But thanks and a tip of the hat to Michael Gill, his family and everyone over at the Free Times.
