Anyone else visit the Mini Park recently?

I had never actually visited the Lakewood Mini Park on the corner of Madison and W 117th until very recently although the name always intrigued me.

It's a rather interesting little spot although I was very disappointed with it's apparent lack of upkeep. Trash was everywhere and it appeared most of the plants were overgrown and dying. It's too bad.

I think it could be a very nice area if you just clean up the trash, tend to the plants, and maybe add a wrought iron bench or two in there.
