LO Community conversation and coffee-- tonight at Beck Cafe
Posted: Tue Mar 29, 2011 12:49 pm
Hi, I'm re-posting Margaret Brinich (LO's Editor in Chief)'s regular meeting announcement here, in case Jim's post scared anybody away.
Don't forget to stop by and say hello at tonight's LO Community Conversation from 7-9pm at the Beck Cafe. Join your fellow LO contributors (or budding contributors) for coffee (on us!) and conversation. Find out more about the LO project, learn how you can make a difference in your community, get some last minute feedback on that article you are working on, or just come to talk about the city we all know and love-- Lakewood!
There will be other Lakewood Observer writers and volunteers there in case you were coming to talk about the paper, and Lakewood, and didn't necessarily want to talk to Jim -- though he's pretty fun to talk to (not scary) and you will certainly have that opportunity if you would like to. (For those of you new to the Deck and new to the project, Jim O'Bryan is the publisher of the Lakewood Observer and one of the founders of the Lakewood Observer project, besides being the concerned Lakewood resident you see here on the Deck.)
Hope to see you tonight!
