I went shopping there yesterday for the first time ever. I was amazed at how busy they were for a Sunday afternoon, but blown away by how nice our sales lady was. Super busy store, but she took the time to go to the basement to look for something in my size. Went out of her way to spend time with us (family) and didn't treat me like a "customer." I felt important, my questions were answered honestly and I walked out with my purchase so happy. What a great store!!!!!!

It is amazing what happens when you get a little "street cred."
