LiveWell Lakewood Fills Minds And Bodies Last Saturday.

Kudos, and a Lakewood Observer Tip of The Hat to LiveWell Lakewood for a wonderful event
last Saturday at Lakewood High School.
The fabulous women from LiveWell Lakewood who helped put this together. Paula Reed
and friends, thank you for a wonderful event. In front: Norma Collin, Lynne Lewicky.

Over the course of a couple hours I got to learn about eating right, while sampling many
of the heart healthy foods available around town.
Craving a sub, well Jimmie John's has some healthy choices that were FREE for the sampling.
There were also some great demos,
Like this one from Ernie Logsdon, of Nature's Bin answers questions after his pack demo titled "Eat Well Hot & Cheap."
Right down to businesses like Russell Chiropractor
Letting us know about classes to lose weight and feel better, and...
Dr. Laubmeir reminds us to take care of our teeth while after we get done eating.
It was a great turnout for a good fun event.
How can you not love this town and the businesses and people in it.
