Visit Lakewood Observer's Online Community Calendar Often

Found on the Home Page of The Lakewood Observer at http://www.lakewoodobserver.com you will find a full community calendar of events going on in Lakewood. This month there are over 50 different events and notices listed! There is always something going on in Lakewood in every corner for every age and interest.
Lakewood Library, City Hall, Beck Center, local music, galleries, fundraisers, activities, classes, meetings, and support groups are all submitting their own events and listings to the calendar. Anyone with a Lakewood event or listing (and in some cases events, outside of Lakewood but are relevant to the Lakewood community) can submit it to the calendar. It's free, quick, and no registration or user password is required. Lakewood Observer staff receives the online submission and approves the listing before it will post to the website.
You are invited to help add to the online community calendar with any listing you would like to share with Lakewood. And I encourage you to visit regularly.
From the online calendar submissions I enjoy regularly putting together the "Calendar Page" published every other week in the Lakewood Observer newspaper. Nonprofit events and listings (and sometimes for profit business listings if room allows) for the upcoming next two weeks get a nice plug in the paper.
Thank you, Melissa "Mel" Page
