It looks like the new downtown circulator service is being cancelled.

The RTA's will continue to offer downtown trolley service for free.

The reason they cancelled Lakewoods service was because it was losing money even though the ride cost $2.

I propose that the Lakewood circulator be restored under the following conditions:

1. It be called a trolley and not a circulator.
2. It charge nothing for the ride.

Such a business plan for the Lakewood Troley would be identical to the Downtown Trolley service which means it must make sense.

It's being canceled because Kasich's ODOT cut public transportation funding. Very forward thinking of him.
