This is, indeed, hilarious.
Looking at the two of them, one would never suspect Obama and George W. Bush as both being Keynesian.

the evidence indicates that Reagan and Bush 1 were even bigger Keynsians.
if your primary criterion is increase in government spending or "size of government".
they were just more repetitive in claiming to be something other than Keynsians. that is all.
