I think this is a hazard to the community. Well, then again it has only been like this
for 38 days. So I guess the kids and people walking and biking right next to it have
figured out not to trip and fall on it.

Actually I was just called at it is removed. Someone saw it on the Deck and took some actions
and made it happen, and it is now gone.

One of the things I love about the Deck.
