President Obama's Rubber Room Job Economy

Obama's economic plan seems designed to grow the public sector and eviserate the private sector. Perhaps one day instead of real jobs millions of Americans will work in the Rubber Room, courtesy of the federal government:

It's going to be so cool.
Jokes that once applied to the old Soviet economy will apply to the new American economy:
"The system is perfectly balanced. We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us".
Or, the real life story of the American tourist who visited Russia during the last days of the Soviet Union. While traveling though the country side he saw two men in a field sitting on stools in the middle of a field. A cow was chewing his cud just a few feet from the men. When he asked the men what they were doing they answered, "Working".
"What is your job", asked the tourist. "To watch the cow." they answered.
Welcome to the Obamanation.
