One of the women who was part of the Circulator battle, just told me it starts up again tomorrow. 6 trips out, 6 trips back.

I guess it's better than nothing but I know several people that do not drive and I know it's been a struggle for them to do daily things like grocery shopping without the circulator. Hopefully this will relieve a bit of the inconvenience of some of our vehicleless population.
