The article explains that some of the biological details of Evolution are more dynamic than previously discovered. Dynamic is sort of the opposite of Static. you should be impressed with an anti-static framework of Genetics.
Biology offers a very small amount of wiggle room for adjustments in gene expression altered from generation to generation, brought about by environmental factors.

Our endocrine system reacts to the environment: cortisol, adrenaline, etc. Fetuses react to the endocrine system of their mothers. childrens growth and development reacts to their own environment. it does away with any pseudo-scientific racist theories.
