LHS CARDBOARD BOAT REGATTA ON FOX 8

Be sure to tune in to Fox 8's morning show Wednesday, March 3, to catch a preview of the annual LHS Physics Cardboard Boat Regatta that will be held that afternoon at the LHS Pool. The students and their handmade boats will be on five times between 6:15 - 9:00 a.m. Take a look, it's always a riot!

We had a blast watching the coverage this morning, now my kids can't wait to be in physics.

A few from last year.
I remember my team's boat. We got up at 5am to be on Kickin' it with Kenny, only to plop in the pool and flip right over. Too buoyant!
Then I had to wear a clown suit for the afternoon races, when it really counted. Same design, same results!
