Many have been asking, "When is the new restaurant at Lakewood High going to open?" Well, the wait is over. The Ranger Cafe @ West Shore, housed in the new west wing of the high school and run by the Culinary Art students of the West Shore Career Technical District, opens Tuesday, Jan. 26 with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:15 a.m. The restaurant will be open from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Seating is by reservation only, so that students can plan accordingly. Call 216-529-4165 and press "1" for reservations.
