Veterans' Day Observance Tomorrow at Lakewood Park

If you are a veteran of our Armed Forces, or know of a veteran, then please let them know that tomorrow morning (November 11th) at Lakewood Park, at 11 a.m., there will be a public program of remembrance at our city memorial, followed by a social get-together in the Womens' Pavilion.
Everyone, (and especially veterans and their families) would be most sincerely encouraged to attend this beautiful annual event.
By the way, Dad (Robert Rice- a WWII vet) and I wrote a Veterans' March this fall, and it was performed for the first time today at the Garfield Middle School Veterans' Day Observance. The Garfield 8th grade band and choral quartet combined to present the march's premiere performance in an outstanding and stirring presentation.
Dad and I had previously presented the march for the benefit of the American people, through Congressman Kucinich a short while ago.
