~Meat pie Pasty : ground meat, veg, bake into a little pastry pocket.
~Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
~Loaded Potato Skins - keeping it simple with cheese, chive, spicy sour cream
~Bruschetta - tomatoes, balsamic, garlic, fresh basil, curl of parm
~Grilled veg terraine - zucchini, carrot, egg plant grilled, layered into a press, sliced
~Marinated Flank Steak - sliced and served in sandwich or use it on kabobs or wrapped in pita or tortilla
~Bananas Foster Cheesecake - mini muffin sized or Guinness cake
