In Lakewood The Freaks Come Out At Night!

Last week as I was walking the east end of town, I suddenly saw a tall person chasing some
kids down the street on bikes. This very tall person, again late at night" had no problem
keeping up with the kids on bikes as he chased them past bela dubby.
Later returning I got a photo.
In Lakewood The Freaks Come Out At Night.

It either means don't walk up these steps or the O'Bryan's are going green and are now using a line to dry their clothes.
