Our cat has escaped. If anyone sees Sierra, please pm me. We live on Elmwood, near Athens. Thanks, Robert[img]

Waiting for my youngest to come home.

Here's a picture of Sierra, the lost cat.

Thanks Tim, Sierra returned this morning, completely soaked. Friggin' cats. This was the first time either of the cats have escaped, and the wife and kids were heartbroken. What was I doing wrong in my attempt to post an image? Been nice riding weather, eh?

I'm glad your cat has returned. It's an awful feeling when our pets go missing.

In your first attempt, you posted a link to the page the picture was on rather than the address of the picture itself. You need to right click on the image to get the image address.

I've left off the [img] tags to show the correct image address:

Pretty cat.

First things first, when you say Sierra “escaped,” is a cat's life in the Bobik household that bad?

I put photos up on photobucket.com. It will give you a url you can paste within the [img]and[/img] tags to cause it to display here. Use the “preview” option to view your post to make sure it's working before you “submit.”

I think with the new forum software there may be other ways to display photos, maybe someone could chime in.

Morning rides to work have been fine but I've had a few wet rides home recently. The temperatures have been great, not too hot. I did ride recreationally for the first time in a while this morning, down in the Metropark. Managed to stay dry between passing showers.

I'm glad Sierra is back. That cat would be hard to spot at night.

Ha, these cats live a charmed life here! They have my wife and daughter trained to give hold water in their hands, it's easier to drink that way. Getting brushed on the windowsill in the sun, bellyrubs.... I'm getting jealous just talking about it. Thanks for showing what I need to do to post, I'll try that a little later. Safe riding, Robert
