Is It Time To Limit University And Non Profit Pay?

President Obama thinks it a good idea to limit the pay of private sector business managers who work for private firms if they receive government help. He has proposed a limit of $500,000 on salary and benefits and perks.
Why not apply that same standard to:
People who work for universities?
People who work for non profits?
People who work for sports teams that play in taxpayer subsidized stadiums?
People who leave government service and then use their connections to become lobbyists?
