Upcoming Wine tasting at Rozi's

Saw in the PD that Rozi's is jhaving a wine tasting in Feb. to raise funds for Jordan's Foundation.
Maybe Corey could jump in here and let us know what the chef has up his sleeve?

Jeff, thanks for the plug.
Matt has been working on the menu for some time now and when it is completed I will gladly share it with everyone. Every year that he has done the event has topped his previous showing. Matt is quite simply amazing. This year he has tentatively offered for the menu steak, lamb, a fish dish, with sides of baked brie, salad and whatever else he decides to create.
Always a great event, one that you never want to miss.
Oh, and the wine (Rutherford Winery, Napa Valley) comes from an award-winning winemaker with an outstanding line up of both reds and whites.
