this election is officially way out of hand...

Why? Because when it is over, women won't get mugged and attacked at an ATM machine? How is this at all related to the election beyond a someone suspicious claim that the bad guy was some how enraged by the McCain sticker (how did they know he was upset by it...they haven't captured him, yet...is that the Motive??). So was it bad that he mugged the woman and THEN got upset after seeing McCain sticker? Would he have given the money back if it were a oBama sticker or is the villain's name something like Borro or some such and always carves his initial. Very confusing. Oh wait, Stephen posted it...

The attack happened outside of the view of security cameras and the "B" that was scratched into her face was backwards.

I wish this woman a speedy recovery, but I have a feeling there is something else going on.

Janis Ian's Barack Obama sign was vandalized. As she was placing another one in her yard someone stopped and implored her to vote for McCain. His actions don't reflect on McCain, but it was still a funny story.

I just saw a story on MSNBC that the police are giving the woman a polygraph test. I will provide a link when I can find one. I guess even they thought the backwards B was suspect. Looking at the woman's face I don't doubt she was robbed and beaten, I just wonder about the B.

Stephen, you bring up this story as evidence of how evil Obama supporters are and then when the police doubt her, you make light of it. Looks like she is a liar so what does that say about Obama supporters now? This has nothing to do with Obama supporters being out of hand.

I brought up the story as evidence that this election was getting out of hand... I responded to Phil's post with smiley faces (tongue and cheek).. Funny, how you responded to this story as opposed to the old white woman calling Obama a name...
